Centrally located in Southern Europe, the Service Centre is staffed by highly skilled, Spanish personnel. The staff members are fully trained in the use of our equipment and technologies, thanks to an extensive training program provided by our European manufacturing centres.
With the delivery of innovative, high-quality equipment and in cooperation with the Global Tembo Service Centre, the Southern Europe Service Centre brings the highest level of service, maintenance, and after-sales support to the region. Strategically located in Valencia, the Southern Europe Service Centre removes barriers such as time zones, logistics, and cultural and lingual differences to provide high-quality support when and where needed.
During the working hours of their own time zone, customers can contact the Southern Europe Service Centre for diagnosis and troubleshooting, support, training, maintenance, upgrades, conversions, and to request spare parts. In addition to English, the well-trained service engineers also speak Spanish and Catalan, Portuguese and Italian.
